Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we use non-irritating, natural formulas in all of our products and refuse to test them on animals.
What skin type is OLZNA suitable for?
OLZNA is designed with non-irritating formulas that focus on the stress of sensitive skin, making the products suitable for all skin types! All of our products are quality checked and doctor tested and the finished product will not clog pores and is non-irritating to the skin.
How much do you charge for shipping your products?
Shipping is free on orders over $30 and $5 base shipping on orders under $30. Please contact us at www.olzna@outlook.com for larger orders.
Can these be given as gifts?
Of course you can, if you need it, please contact us, explaining the packaging and wishes you need. Of course, we need some time to prepare it.
When will I receive my purchase?
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order from the time we receive it. Orders placed during holiday periods are usually processed with a 1 day delay.
After the order is dispatched, you can check the courier information according to the order number we provided (of course, you need to leave your email or register an account on our website), it takes 1-2 working days for the order carrier to update the information, so please don't worry, good things are worth the wait!
Parcels may be delayed due to increased order volume, if you have not received your parcel for more than 15 days, please contact us at www.olzna@outlook.com, please be sure to include your order number and we will prioritise your order!
How are returns handled?
We are sorry that we have not done enough to satisfy you for the time being. If you are not satisfied with the product, do not understand, please contact us at the first time to solve your problem. We hope you love OLZNA as much as we do! Of course, if you don't like it, it's okay, OLZNA respects everyone !!!!!
If you really don't like it, you can exchange/refund it by notifying us at www.olzna@outlook.com within 30 days of purchase. Please don't forget to include the order number and let us know where to pick it up.
Once processed, we will refund you within 5-10 working days according to the original payment channel, it's very simple.
Please note that we will refund the amount you actually paid, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Can I change my order information midway?
Not supported, once an order is placed, changing information midway is not supported. Please double check that the receiving location, item and quantity information is accurate before purchasing.
